A focused 90-minute in-home visit to understand what your plants need, reset the routine, and leave you with a clear plan. Larger or more complex collections are scoped in advance.

A dependable monthly rhythm for plants that need expert eyes, consistent upkeep, and a care plan that evolves with them.

For collections that benefit from a closer rhythm, with two scheduled visits each month and more active watering management.

For larger, higher-maintenance, or more complex collections that need a weekly presence and a more customized level of support.
Monthly and Bi-Weekly Care are our core recurring plans. Premium Care is available for larger or more complex collections and is scoped individually.

A note on pricing: Prices shown are starting points unless stated otherwise. Your final quote reflects plant count, size and condition, access, materials, and travel. Any additional cost is approved before work begins.
Payment is due after service unless otherwise agreed.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when possible.
Visits outside our core area may include a travel fee, confirmed before booking.

Root-ine is based in Greenpoint. Visits outside the core service area are considered case by case and may include a travel fee, always confirmed before booking. Small offices, boutiques, hospitality, and wellness spaces are welcome too.

Root-ine didn’t start with a horticulture degree. It started in my family’s restaurant, where I grew up learning that real care shows up in the details — a table reset before it looks tired, a regular’s order remembered without asking, a glass refilled before anyone notices it’s empty.
Plant care runs on that same instinct: notice before it becomes a problem, show up on a rhythm, treat every home like it matters. Founded by Saksin “Tony” Young, Root-ine brings that same attentiveness indoors — consistent visits, quiet expertise, and the belief that a well-tended home feels different the moment you walk in.

Not at all. Identifying what you own and what it needs is part of the Assessment & Reset.
No. The $95 Assessment & Reset is the best starting point for ongoing care, but there’s no membership requirement. Vacation Care and Plant Boarding can also be booked as standalone services.
We’re based in Greenpoint and launching in Greenpoint, Williamsburg, Fort Greene, and Clinton Hill, with nearby Brooklyn neighborhoods considered by request.
Yes. Boutiques, studios, wellness spaces, hospitality businesses, and small offices are quoted based on the space and collection.
Yes, if you can. A few clear photos of the plants, pots, and nearby windows help us understand the scope and prepare for the visit.
We’ll review your details, confirm that Root-ine is the right fit, and follow up with scheduling and any scope or pricing questions before your appointment is booked.
With vacation care, your plants stay in their usual environment and Root-ine visits them. With boarding, a small eligible collection stays in our care after an intake and condition review.
